Techniques
Swedish
specifically designed to relax muscles using techniques to increase circulation and oxygen flow throughout the blood as well as releasing toxins.

Trigger Point
a technique of applying pressure to “knots” in the muscles. This is used to increase blood flow to the area thereby releasing knots and alleviating soreness in other areas of the body due to those points of pain.

Thai Massage
a more rigorous and energizing form of massage, uses compression, joint mobilization and yoga-like stretching to release tension within the body.

Muscle Release Technique sm
combines compression, extension, movement and breath to help alleviate chronic tightness, adhesions, scar tissue and restores muscle memory by applying a rhythmic 2 second stretch while working the belly of the muscle.

Sports
Uses compression and friction techniques to invigorate the tissue while also applying rhythmic movement with vibration, tapotement and stretch.
